Meet Josh, he’s our founder and owner…

When you’re enjoying what you’re doing then you will never struggle with motivation. Josh has built the gym to reflect that, The Conditioning Zone is all about a fun, safe place and as a by product you get strong, build confidence and improve your general fitness 😃

It’s more than likely you will find him in “coffee corner” having a good chat with all the member and helping them achieve their goals.

The coffee is complimentary and the company is also as good. When you’re in the gym don’t be afraid to join him for a good chat ☕️

Meet Tash, she’s also our owner and head coach…

From toe tapping to lifting barbells to sweaty conditioning workouts, Tash is your all rounder trainer. 🏋🏼‍♀️

head coach Tash has a wealth of experience in the fitness industry and prides herself on member experience and classes. She has created all the classes and the timetable for you all to enjoy. 🙃

Tash will get you moving and grooving to a beat using either a step or a barbell. But on the flip side she will coach you to lift strong and train to your full potential whilst feeling safe and confident. 💪🏼👯

Meet Millie, she’s one of our personal trainers…

My journey with sports and movement began through competing in acrobatic gymnastics🤸‍♂️ - but it was during the first national lockdown that I truly discovered my love for health, fitness and strength💪🏻

Now, as a women’s only coach in a women’s only gym, my mission is to empower women through every stage of their fitness journey🌸 - whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time or chasing your next PB, I’m here to create a space where you feel strong, confident, heard and supported💛 I’ll be your biggest cheerleader, your listening ear, and that gentle (or not-so-gentle) push when you need it most✨

I’m a Yoga Teacher, Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer, and enjoy all kinds of movement! Ensuring I can continue to move pain-free and late into life is an essential focus of my training and how I design programs for my clients.
